1. ORDER PLACEMENT & SPEC LOCK-IN

Once your reservation is received on our platform, your build parameters are logged into our system queue. This locks in your model tier specifications, mechanical parameters, and your signature design aesthetic: Premium “TGV Red” industrial powder coating alongside custom graphics packs.

2. BILATERAL AGREEMENT EXECUTION

We generate and dispatch your personalized Build Confirmation & Purchase Agreement PDF. This document outlines your exact line-item financials (Base price, secure crate freight packaging, and any local processing duties) along with your verified shipping address. Both parties must execute this document before work begins.

3. SECURE FUNDING & FABRICATION

Upon verification of cleared funds through our secure merchant channels, your project drops into active fabrication.
Raw steel is allocated, heavy-duty rigid chassis geometry is welded, and precision motor plates are fitted.
• Estimated Timeframe: Assembly to shipment typically spans a fixed schedule of 3 days.

4. CRATE LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

Your finished bike passes quality control and is secured inside an industrial, heavy-duty shipping crate. It is handed over to our freight transport partners and dispatched directly to your designated delivery address. Tracking details and transit insurance documents are sent straight to your email.

Secure Secure Payment Protocols: All balances must be finalized via secure direct channels (Secure Bank Transfer / ACH
/ Verified Wire) to safeguard transactions and permanently prevent post-delivery checkout chargebacks.
Non-Refundable Allocation: Once funds clear and fabrication materials are cut, all completed transactions, component
allocations, and custom structural items are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations are strictly prohibited.
